To Our Guests: Important Guidelines and Requests for Your Cooperation
To ensure that every guest can enjoy this performance with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines. To prevent disruption of the performance environment, strict measures—including removal from the venue—will be taken against anyone who fails to comply with these rules. Please review the guidelines below and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please ensure you purchase tickets only through official sales channels. The ticket face clearly states: "All resale is strictly prohibited; resold tickets will not be admitted; listing on auction sites is prohibited; all disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited; and no refunds will be issued due to changes in the lineup."
We cannot assist with lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets. Please note that you will need to purchase a new ticket, and depending on the situation, you may not be admitted.

We will conduct bag checks upon entry, and we ask for your cooperation.

Please note that re-entry is not permitted for this performance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please enjoy food and drinks in the lobby.
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue and entering while under the influence of alcohol are strictly prohibited.

Bringing or using recording devices such as cameras, video cameras, MD players, tape recorders, or digital voice recorders inside the venue is strictly prohibited. The use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited. If you need to use your phone, please do so in the lobby.

Please refrain from excessive cheering, as it can lead to accidents or injuries and may disturb other audience members.
Diving and moshing are extremely dangerous and are strictly prohibited.
Behaviors commonly referred to as "otagei" (fan choreography)—such as leaving your seat to rush forward, shouting loudly, making noise, waving your arms, arching your upper body, or jumping up—are prohibited.
Please use only commercially available penlights and glow sticks. Modified or homemade items—such as those that are extremely bright, excessively long, or connected in multiple units—are prohibited. Please be considerate of those around you and ensure that your penlights or glow sticks do not touch or obstruct the view of the people in front of, behind, or to the sides of you.

Entry and viewing in cosplay are prohibited.
Changing clothes in the venue restrooms is also prohibited.

Exchanging seats or moving between seats with other guests is not permitted. Please be sure to watch the performance from your own seat.
Please dispose of any trash generated during the performance in the trash cans located in the lobby or take it home with you.

Due to operational constraints, we are unable to accept "gifts," "letters," "standing floral arrangements," "bouquets," "flower arrangements," or "potted plants" from general audience members intended for the performers.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Recording cameras will be present at this performance. We ask for your understanding and consent in advance.
If the above rules are not followed, or if staff determine that your behavior is disrupting the performance, you may be asked to leave the venue by an attendant or staff member. (In such cases, no refunds will be issued.) Additionally, please be aware that if a situation arises that is deemed dangerous or could lead to property damage or an accident, the performance may be canceled. If you witness any violations at the venue, please notify the nearest staff member or attendant. We will address the situation accordingly.
